Sly and the Family Stone's backing vocalists perform their 1970 Top 5 R&B hit You're The One at the Edmonton Festival, Canada in August 1972. Little Sister was composed of Vet Stewart (Sly Stone's little sister), Mary McCreary, and Elva Mouton. You're The One, written and produced by Sly Stone and released on his own Stone Flower label, made #4 R&B and #22 Pop in April 1970. Billed as Family Stone the band featured guitarist Freddie Stone and Cynthia Robinson on trumpet with local musicians.
