Totally agree great group who despite numerous changes in their ranks were still superb , also saw the Edwards led group and as you said never to be forgotten . Was also lucky enough to see Ruffin, Kendricks and Edwards together at the Doncaster Dome a few months before David's sad passing another great night . The Video is great too . 1
Vadnochka 311 Posted January 5, 2022 What a trio - my misses and me were at the Demont to see the three of them close that tour and of course Ruffin was dead soon after returning to the USA when allegedly being robbed of the tour takings and being deliberately OD'ed and dumped at the hospital - Kendricks was also diagnosed with cancer soon after and was dead quit soon after that that. - tragic but again what a final night - disappointing attendance but would not of missed it for the world. Soulacola 36 Posted February 7, 2022 never been fortunate enough to see them live but they are my favourite multi vocalist group ever. The first time i heard them as a kid i was wowed the same way i am now now. i saw martha Reeves live in Italy a few years ago and it wasnt a very good vocal performance bless her. As a heroine of mine it felt a little sad.
