That was the first 12" single commercially available in the U.S. There were a lot of 12"'s before that that were promo only.
"Ten Percent" was released in May of 1976.
I'm about 99% sure Ranwood was started in 1968 by Randy Woods (from Dot Records) and Lawrence Welk.
The Mirwood label was started by the other Randy Wood after he left Vee Jay.
