  1. I've got a lot that some Polish collector must have owned at one time as he's stamped his surname in the run-out. Ztsc. Anyone know him?

    ROD

Always thought one of your Polish predecessors had that collection Rod, and it stood for:

    Zis Trash Sucks Comrade

It seemed obvious that when you grew up you would carry on the tradition.

  2. Silvetti-Spring Rain

Sounds like it falls into the never to be revived category but I bet this one would hit the mark again with any younger members of the audience.Heard it out about 3 years ago and you know what - it sounded bloody good.Bizarrely it sounded fresh (no I wasn't half hissed!)

  3. See your point.I suspect it's more scientific than that in that probably at high decibels the ear picks up a more overall sound which camouflages imperfections.

Not an audioligist but reckon this is the reason why tunes are described as such(probably similar principle to beer goggles!!!)

  4. BLACK MARKER.................... :shades: You live and learn i don't even mark the plain Wight covers anymore

Some bloody great early 70's art on a lot of my white covers (well, we were young and passionate). What was I thinkin'!!!

Being generally disorganised (it's a bloke thing) records always got put in the wrong covers which is an ace way to explore your collection:play the vinyl in the cover and then look for the record marked on the cover - works wonders.

Have to laugh when I look at some of the comments I wrote on those covers (it's amazing how many best record ever's I had - sounded like Soul Sam!!)

  5. I'm waiting to see Darcy in his sheepskin tell some poor bastard on the car park " I know they were 7 a quid last week however this week they're 6 a quid. If you don't like it f*** OFF!!"

    Now funnily enough.......THAT is realistic!!!!!

  6. Could be goin' for the jugular here.Need some help but think a 'P' tune might take the record for the longest one worder so far - listen up

It's that (poxy) instrumental that has a part vocal sayin somethin' like policeman calling 99 cusol.

Think it start with PRIS and is one damn long title.

    Assistance please!

    Paul
