    Our second event without John Poole who sadly passed away recently a very dear friend and Great DJ, last time Mick Boyle did a dedicated spot on behalf of John and his family in which i thank him for it was an emotional night. Going forward and from tonight i have asked Rob Smith to join us monthly who is also a close friend of John. Thanks Rob i am sure John would be ok with this, Also I have decided that our final tune at every event we will play Emperor of my Baby's heart a favourite tune of which John loved. Regards Mal.

    A Reboot return night at the Bread and Wine Restaurant & Bar @ the Polish, The Management have invited me back with a promise the Bar will be managed by 6 serving, Plastic Pints, and bottled beer, improved wine price, the whole venue for us to use, no hot drinks available or cocktails, I did say I would not go back but i am going to give it a go be nice to see you all return. The tunes on the night were superb and we will deliver that again, Dj's Martin Seagrave, Dave Newham, David Dee, Paul Lightly, and one surprised Guest, Gaz Shooter is on holiday. The venue is fantastic with a £200,000 spend on refurbishment, Sprung Floor, and my top draw sound system.

    Thanks for your feedback Martin much appreciated, Have to agree Oakleigh Lodge has a superb way back when feel in fact so does the bar prices, it is Good Friday and i have a wee chocolate treat for the first 60 ladies over the threshold. Plenty of seats at the venue and a brand new air conditioning unit fitted recently, I look forward to seeing you with the usual warm welcome to Okeh Oakleigh.

    Tomorrow night we are Back at Creepers it has been a long haul since the venue was closed, I am so pleased to have been involved reopening this great night which was a Soul venue in the 60's, So we are playing Tunes from those Halcyon 60s nights of all the Nottingham night clubs, 6 events this year only, I look forward to meeting and greeting you all, John, Sam, and David, have some great tunes to dust off, Regards Mal.

    Nottingham Northern Soul @ The Polish Cub, Now The Bread And Wine Restaurant, We are Back after a 2 year break the club has had a £200,000 re-fit, A wrap around sound system, Regrind and sealed and Polished sprung dance floor. New Toilets and Lighting. It is a fantastic venue but no more superlatives from me pop along and have a night out, I was here 8 years it is so exiting to return to the Atmospheric venue, My team of DJ's will be back,
