On mine the run-out has 19 on the "baby" side and 20 on the "never know why" side. This matches the numbers printed on the labels. How that helps. Cheers KB

The copy on Tim's auction sounds "well used". This may hold back the finishing amount. So, I think it'll give a ballpark current value but I'd expect a less "well used" copy to fetch more.

Just thought I'd mention that there is an opportunity to celebrate Lea Manor and meet up with friends on 23rd September 2023. The promoters are Martyn Bradley, Kev Spittle @Munchkin and @munchkinette Martyn Bradley has been out and about lot's over the last year or so and had many folks asking for a Lea Manor meet-up. Also asking him to set up an event with a similar approach. So, finally, it's here! The first one will be a "Lea Manor" focused night. However, subsequent nights will have the same aims and values as the original event but will be very current. If you were a Lea Manor punter, please come along to celebrate those nights. If you didn't attend, please do try it! Find out why so many people have fund memories of their times there. As many will be aware, Martyn Bradley, Kev Spittle @Munchkin and @munchkinette were also the promoters of the popular United Sounds of Soul (USoS) which had it's own regulars. Kev and Sharon also put on other events since.

Interesting. With regard to Bobby Bland, I bought this on eBay years ago and it came with a home-made paper sleeve! A pic of Bobby and the date 14.12.64. I assumed that someone put the date of their new purchase when they picked it up.

Cheers, Out of interest, I've just checked a couple of other MGMs that quickly came to mind. Tony Middleton (end of...)- couldn't find it Spyder Turner (I can't make...) - couldn't find it Tymes (What would....) - found what looks like 4 small machine stamped dots like this : : On some of my records, the dots may just be VERY faint (especially for old eyes!) or masked by marks from their previous life.

Here's a pic of my (assumed!) original. It does look sharper than the other picture. The label on the record the lion is holding is clearer. But.... I can't see a "bed" stamp or machine stamp in the run out. Hope that helps.
