    Just listened to a couple on Youtube and some do sound slightly faster but that happens with a number of songs on there. By the way, that's a LOT of ironing - 4 Album's!!!

    That could be a whole new thread....Girly Dancers. However, may get a bit smutty!! (Not sure if "Girly Dancer" is an official sub-section. There are so many - I received a record bought on eBay with "Roller Disco Boogie" written on the sleeve as a description)

    I've only just noticed this on the JM site. A Wigan Casino Tee-Shirt from the early 70's. I'd never seen or heard of these before. Anyone here had one, seen one, knew about them??? Any other Casino Wear other than Spencers and badges? Is it a pre-Christmas wind-up? https://www.raresoulman.co.uk/auction/9583/wigan-casino-tee-shirt I can see these being "booted" and on eBay ready for Santa to deliver . If folks are willing to produce/buy a repo-membership card, who knows

    I've had records go AWOL for up-to 2 months (delivery to UK). One record from USA seemed to have a detour to Germany for some reason. One from Japan never made it here and ended up back with the seller. He relisted it after refunding me. When I said I'd still like to but it for the same price he agreed and used the same packaging as the first time so I knew he was telling the truth.

    I borrowed one for the first year!! There were always loads of kids at school who had a membership card but never went! Here's mine - a bit the worse for wear! Used to get very hot and sweaty in my back pocket and I think it went in the washing at least once. So I covered it in tape to hold it together. (p.s. just found the envelope it came in - strange the things you keep!)
