As people have posted you can usually tell the people as they walk through the door, happened to me whilst djing, a very drunk lady who was coming to ask for a request, actually fell on the decks nice stock copy of laura green wrecked!!!!!!, so what do you do in that situation?

Its a regional thing i think, some places are doing well, and others in the instance of leeds & bradford only 5mins apart just not working in leeds but going great in bradford and going well in york, strange how leeds has allways had this problem, even in the days of the central, griffin etc most people travelled from away,some places will allways have a strong following of soul people imo of course

I must say ive had no bad experiences with pat, but i think it was last year, i rang tim brown about a record as i thought god thats cheap, when he answered the phone at 10am he said harry your the hundredth person to ring about this, i`m sorry mate its sold, i said i`m not suprised at that price, to wich he replied yeh it was a typing error and then told me he had sold it to the first caller for the price on the list, as he really couldn`t do anything about it as that was the sale price on the list, wich as a buyer i think shows great customer service

don`t know really it allways was about £60, but its gone mad even seen one recently at £100

Was a great time for lovers of instrumentals, then again everybody did, remember watching people dance to this thinking it was the vocal, i still love and buy instrumentals, this was played ans then came frank foster we were very lucky indeed
