Took the money as agreed the week after, and he wouldn`t sell it he must have known something, very hard record to obtain, saying that i managed to secure one about a year after for £75. Very seldom turns up for sale, great record

Think the clue is in the name. GUIDE. Having spoke to John, he told me that his prices are based on his data base of sales in the past. Now the problem is not everyone would pay those prices and are taking the word guide somewhat out of context. Ive know plenty of people who have paid over the odds for records over the years, but that dosn`t mean everybody does. And in this day and age, with all the search media available, its getting a bit like buses, wait long enough and yours will come along. And what do we base record prices on? what they`ve sold for in the past? that ones flawed, as we never know whats gonna turn up. Personally its as is the other "guides" an information tool.
