Was asked by the lads at yksoul if i could help with promotion of there forthcoming charity alldayer in august, after talking with steve bradley [yksoulman] i was absolutly horrified to hear that the venue for the event, had put target fee`s on BAR TAKINGS/ FOOD TAKINGS/ AND EVEN TICKET SALES so i agreed to help, the crew at yksoul have over the years managed to raise thousands of pounds for various worthy charities with no financial gain to themselves, if the afore said targets are not met they will have to pay the difference out of there own pockets over the past few weeks i have been contacting promoters for there help in distributing flyers and basically plugging the event for these guys, they have a fantastic dj line up who have all agreed to offer there services free of charge, and also the great john vincents final djing spot before he retires, i have thanked many through e-mail for there help but would like to thank three people who have helped off this site personall-JAYNE-BURY TOWN HALL-PHIL KOWALCZYK-BURNLEY ALLNIGHTERS & ANDY MC CABE-MIDDLETON THANKS GUYS YOUR A CREDIT TO OUR SCENE

Yeh we knocked around with two lasses, i wont mention there names, who were known for taking barbs, anyway the story goes the bouncers pulled one of them into one of the rooms and a beating was handed out, rumours of others things happening to that girl were rife as well, saw the bruises on her face myself though

A bit of a follow on from the wigan casino thread, heard some horrifying stories about the bouncers at wigan, they certainly terrified me as a youngster, some one told me there was a proper gambling den upstairs above m`s? allways remember well siuted n booted people walking through the crowd of dancers in m`s, do you have any stories on the infamous wigan BOUNCERS
