i know weve had a discussion about this before but a demo of THUMB A RIDE, my mate ron pedley swears he`s seen one, jm said certain capitol releases were not demo`d after a certain batch of numbers

i used to travel with three lads who indulged but i never knew anything about it once inside we parted, i went to the record bar and they went off dancing, one night i was coming back from the toilet when something hit me on my shoulder, bent down and picked up a plastic bag full of blue capsules my mate said give me them so i did he returned later with cash!!!! so it was back to the record bar for me, i later heard a lad had been busted on the balcony and must have thrown his stash over, great tape pete good old days them mate

He`s had loads of people after them over the years pete, he won`t sell them,he was into northern years ago then moved over to reggae after wigan and stuck with it

Gotta admit not a great lover of reggae, but really enjoyed the interview with eddy grant this morning a fascinating insight into a lifelong career, and dosn`t he look well for 60yrs old, nice chap very passionate about his music and the history of reggae
