Personally i would just open a non receipt dispute through paypal. If i ever sell anything on ebay i always send recorded for buyer and seller peace of mind. It is a two way thing so for the sake of 75p ish i would rather just include it in the postage cost to start with. Mind you ,i only ever charge a couple of quid for recorded delivery of a 45...some charge three quid for standard delivery! Off topic i know but , one thing that really gets my goat is when ebay sellers quote you a postage price for 1st class delivery, then take well over a week to post it off!...totally pointless in my opinion..just get your arse down the post office a day earlier and only charge me for 2nd class!,,
