  10. Just noticed this at the bottom the the above listing, I'm pretty sure that the seller is contravening one of these? How long copyright in sound recordings lasts The length of term of copyright in a sound recording depends on whether or not it has been published (released) or has been communicated to the public (for example, played on the radio) if a recording is not published or communicated to the public, copyright lasts for 50 years from when the recording was made if a recording is published within 50 years of when it was made, copyright lasts for 70 years from the year it was first published if a recording is not published within 50 years of when it was made, but it is communicated to the public, copyright lasts for 70 years from the year it was first communicated to the public if a recording is first communicated to the public within 50 years of when it was made and is then published at a later date (but within 70 years of its first communication to the public), copyright lasts for 70 years from the year it was first published
  11. This is it, if people like us who have been on the scene for years have trouble telling orig' from boot, what chance do the ones that are new to the scene have? none that's how much. It can only be described as daylight robbery
  12. Although Phyllis Hyman was quite a well played track on the Northern scene years ago, I popped it on a couple of years ago at an event and it cleared the floor? so can't be that much call for it, plus I bet theres a few on Dicogs, can't be arsed looking, got the 12" anyway
  13. Wonder what the record is that he's holding? It's on a 'Parkway' Demo whatever it is
  14. It's getting ridiculous now, OK there are boots that look like boots so at least you know it's a boot, but when people are directly copying original labels? to me that's going too far. OK I know the seller says it's Repro, but many don't and leave it to guess work for those that don't know any better, not right. https://www.ebay.com/itm/231960618134

  22. It's I would say uptempo, and the chorus up above is sung by a group from what I can remember YES!!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you Woodbutcher, it's Jimmy Soul Clark. Phew, sleep at last :-)
  23. Hi, I'm trying to identify a track. I know it's difficult as i don't have a sound byte, as I don't know what the record is :-) Vicious circle. I think the lyrics go "Take her in your arms and tell her", I always thought it was called Tell her, but every one I've listened to called that, is the Dean Parrish 'Tell Her'. Help please before suicide ensues. Steve.
