A sad day indeed. A small but significant part of my soul journey has passed. My memories of my weekly phone call to Soul Bowl will always be part of my personal history. Rest easy brother.

Keith Minshull's record shop above the toy shop in Burslem and Ant Dobson playing Mickey Lee Lane at the Normacott youth club did it for me. The rest is just a haze!

Genuine reason for sale (I'm going into hospital on the Friday for some minor surgery but wont be fit enough for travel for at least a week - grrrr). Only asking face value (including booking fee) plus a couple of quid for signed for postage (unless you are local, in which case we might be able to deliver or you could collect - we can work something out). Blackpool International Soul Festival Friday 16th to Sunday 18th June 2017 at the Winter Gardens. Top acts already booked. Leroy Hutson, Impressions, etc. (gutted that I'm missing this, but a date with a man with a knife beckons). Bought these as "early bird" buyers as we were so impressed with last years do. Great venue, great acts. Total cost for two tickets = £77 plus signed for postage, say, £80 all in. Payment by cash, personal cheque (items sent pending clearance) or PayPal via F&F.
