John's funeral service will be held at St Helen's Church in Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 8FN at 11:30am on the 17 April 2023. Followed by a celebration of John's life at the Kirk Hallam Social Club, Ilkeston, DE7 4GZ where the doors will open from 12:30pm All are welcome to pay their respects and celebrate the life of a great friend and widely respected DJ.

Booking hotel later for their April 7th event - Top class music and cheapest bar prices I've come across. Mick.

During a trip to Bellmans Yard Soul Club, Newport I had to book Spook as the set he played was as good as they get. Cant wait to see him behind the decks at The Boat.

A couple of last months comments Ted Massey 1,427 December 24, 2022 What a night Mick, Maxine, Lisa and Nick you must be feeling proud for putting on some fantastic events this year and last night was no exception. There’s not many soul nights that can play 70% nighter tunes and have a full floor through out There were folks from all over but the applause must go to Clive and Ruthie for traveling 2.30 hours to attend.
