Hi Pete,
The Give-A-Disc record label was owned by Robert Stigwood (note the Reaction logo on the label!). The records, complete with the magazine, will sell for around £12 - £15, but only about £4 on their own.
One or two of the artists were ex-Joe Meek acts (well, Stigwood nicked a few acts from Meek). Grazina (real name Grazina Frame) also recorded three singles on HMV under Stigwood's production; one of these appearing to be a cover version of "Be My Baby". She also acted alongside Joe Brown in "What A Crazy World".
I've only got one of the Give-A-Discs; "All My Loving" by Sir Hubert Pattison. Ignore the artist's name, it's actually quite a good Beatles' cover version!
