First and foremost, big thank you from Pete, Gaz and myself to the Groom guys for inviting us to guest on the decks, as I have said before, its a dream to do because there is no dance floor pressure, its like having 200 mates round your house in your record room with people putting all things soulful on for their mates to hear while having a few beers, very unique venue with a refreshing attitude to Soul music, and as Gilly so rightly say's, the welcome and warmth of the crowd is very special, fantastic day all round, once again, thanks for having us lads and lasses Kev- 25 comments

Mentioned a few years back on here about Mick Jagger's "coincidental" similar sound and phrasing to Don Covay, Don was a true "Super Dude" and "Somebody's been enjoying my home" "She was checkin out" "Leave him 1&2" are true legendary records, as good as anything IMHO that you will ever hear RIP Don and thanks for sharing your talent Kev
