i remember mike rolo very well . besides the casino we used to go to a thursday night thing called roxy and bowie nights they was held in mr Mms .you had to go in around the back . mike was djng in there most thursday nights infact it was around then that he sadly died, also around the same time i think ? kenny spence also died i liked kenny was a real top bloke and another mr Mms dj who again hardly ever gets mentiond and i sertainly never seen many pics with kenny on . has anyone got any ? regards paul

yeah and there is another side to this one , i listed some eos camera gear full kit around £1500 worth i was watching the bids go up very nice towards the end great i thought some guy bid a realy good price and won you can imagine my disapointment when the muppet says sorry its the wrong model but only after me ringing him up does he tell me the bad news . i also noticed the twa.. used a snipe so there aint a lot you can do .as i noticed he bought nothing yep no feedback but using a snipe he buggerd my auction up conpletly , so i then do the second chance offer thing to the next guy who was around £100 short , no chance he says its all looking dodgy was his excuse , i told the guy what had gone on but no he wasnt having any of it , in the end i had a guy ringing up asking if i dont sell it ect; im sure it was a friend of the guy who buggerd it all up in the first place .but i accepted and lost out big time

i have wanted to do a sunday just now and again because i felt squeezed out with the friday n saterday nights just too many on, but it looks like some promotors want it all , for me the odd sunday afternoon feels a lot less pressure and i dont feel like im competeing against other events . sadly thats whats driven me away from soul nights their now mainly about numbers ect' its not about the music anymore its a bloody competition . how many people a dj brings ect ect need i say more
