hi mickeyb, i got stick from trotter, daboo and co for wearing my 'pegs' at the wirrina (and my sandals) but within 6 months they were all wearing pegs and ditching the 40" bags! as PD says, the wirrina did carry on under the EASC banner for a while, in the smaller room then reedy and stuart gordon took it over after coxy had done with it and made it a gymnasium venue in the big room, lost it's apeal to me then, don't much like gymnasium venues.

i think a lot of people thought that on the night, although, be fair, it was shyte but it was BIG shyte, so big that Paul O'Grady's side-kick wanted it for his Wigan label!
