I too had a problem with a member on here. Paid £175 for a EX. The vinyl was fine maybe VG+ but the label was water damaged and was written on in felt tip. When I complained he stated that he need not mention the label and that an ''EX grade is 3 down from Mint ie, Mint, Mint Minus, EX plus'' wouldn't take it back and never returned my PM's. I sold it on and lost £50..
