  6. Yep has to be Willie Mitchell as the best stomper of all time for me. A great aerobic workout for over 2 minutes even at 54. Just turn on the pacemaker and 'GO FOR IT'. Even your dodctor would be pleased to know you could go all the way through with it. Keep on Stompin' lads. Tony T BONE. OZ. K.T.F.
  7. Have to agree the Bournemouth Opera House is one awesome venue but without appearing baiased i reckon you would have to go a long way to beat our venue here in Fremantle, W.A. The Flybynight Club is a 120 year old military drill hall with a curved roof similar to the old Casino. It smells old and has a great atmosphere and the floor is to die for. Plus a sound system to back it all up. Ask anyone who's been there. I love the place, can't you tell?? Stay soulful, Tony T BONE. South West Soul, Fremantle, Western Australia.
  8. Anyone know if Edward Hamilton, baby don't you weep was ever repressed as a lookalike copy on Mary Jane. I have one that looks 'too new' to be an original. Can't find anything in J.M's books about it so any help from the experts appreciated, thanks. Sue. OZ.
  9. Nice to see your still putting your twopenneth worth in Barry. I love your posts mate, keep em comin'. Tony T BONE. OZ. K.T.F.
  10. Best person to ask surely would be Russ Winstanley. He will know where the original decks ended up cos they were'nt destroyed in the fire. No thoughts about conning the insurance company in them day's. I would like to know where they are, wonder if they still work !!!! C'mon Russ give us a clue mate.
  11. Yep great tune, still got it in my box. How come it does'nt get played today?? I remember Tom Jones, it's not unusual getting a spin at Wigan. Would swear it was a black singer if you did'nt know any different and those horns !! Spun it at our soul night recently and it filled the floor. Oh well we do things a bit different down under. Stay soulful guy's. Tony T BONE. OZ. Spreading The Faith Down Under.
