Sparkels wasn't in great condition, so an m- copy would have probably gone for near double that, as it has previously.

So, it appears the poor condition copies are probably giving a false impression of the price going down. I've just looked on discogs and there is a styrene reissue on the Palmer label listed, which I can't remember ever coming across before.

Where have all the copies been selling over the past six months. I can see the poor condition copy on discogs for £1.2k and the one on the JM auction, but nothing else in the previous six months.

I don't think a pressure fault/line in styrene actually weakens the record. It isn't a crack and there is no separation. In terms of value there are a small minority of people would regard it as a crack. But, there are some folk who would say a record with 1 millimeter of lift is warped. So, the vast majority wouldn't be bothered and it shouldn't really devalue the record if it is only a pressure fault.
