  1. Remember it well, Huge DJ line up, Mick H,James T, Kitch + others and nobody came! Yet a mile down the road those moldy Ivo reunion nights got packed out. T'was one of those defining points that stopped me seeing the soul scene through rose tinted specs
  2. Not too much £100 maybe(if that)? or a million quid from any major dealer.
  3. Its still there for me?? Barbara Mcnair on a lookalike R/W thingy
  4. INDERMAND narks me,,as do people who put AS instead of HAS.. I as had enough of it
  5. I can't go with this, If I aint got a real one then I might just as well listen to it on youtube if all I do is wanna hear it. I completely agree with the original poster.
  6. I know what you mean Dave..But there is one thing you can do to improve it's looks(as with all british stuff) Simply pop the middle out and It'll instantly look more like a real record then!! Only joking there of course, don't come round and lynch me all you Brit collectors.
  7. I got one of them too Flynny,,actually heard it from a tape you gave to Martin Harland or something,,damm tricky to locate aswell. Nice one.
  8. Yvonne Vaughn.. Pat Brady's forever listing a copy of this, Wants 400 mind https://www..co.uk/product_detail.asp?id=15953
  9. How about this one? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Soul-45-Howard-Guyton-Watched-You-Slowly-Slip-Away-Verve-Promo-10386-/160722147006?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item256bc956be
  10. Okeh. I agree with what has all ready been said,,some styrene record can look trashed but still play clean, but once that distortion has burned into the groves they'r pretty well f**ked.
  11. Thanks Gareth, thought I was having a mad sunday night moment and was gonna have to revise my whole vinyl/styrene understanding.
  12. All those MGM's are vinyl surely where Okeh's generally were pressed in styrene.Anyone confirm?
  13. On ebay..there was a seller recently with a seemingly endless supply.
  14. Must be common then. Now I think about it, I think I've seen as many Ray Agees on Soultown over the same period. There we go,thats a rare one on a relatively common label.
  15. I allways lock my sales because I've had it before where some one says "PM'd you regarding what ever record" they aint Pm'd me to buy it but to try and knock a shed load of money off when it was cheap enough to start with. I think this then puts other buyers off and I can't be arsed with it. Locked thread solved this problem.
  16. And if thats gone, you can have mine if you want. M- like new W/D
  17. I watched this, was gonna have a go till see US shipping only. His loss. I think bargain of the week might go to this tho https://cgi.ebay.co.u...id=291958398617 Maybe, which ever way you look at it?? RAVINS!!
