  1. Remember dancing to this at Keele mid 90s when it was first pressed on the Soul Series release, along with the instumental of Ain' Nothing But A Houseparty on the same label.Bought it the same night in the record bar. Good version better than Slow fizz in my opinion
  2. First two are great tunes
  3. Not quite right Jordan.I was certainly a lot better off in the 80s (except for one crucial year)than i am now and had a lot more disposable income back then.Times are a lot harder now for most middle aged people as you put it with most of my mates in low paid or part time jobs. Also most of us are subbing our teenagers who cant find work
  4. Think the answer for the younger collector is not to get hooked up buying those standard oldies that have circulated through hundreds of collections for umptean years. They need to look amoung the forgotten treasure trove of Stafford and other 80s plays.Buy a few classic Anthems that suit your style then forge your own identity as a DJ and be an individual. However its still an expensive game even searching out underplayed stuff but you have got to work at searching for the best deals. There are vast price differences amoung records that amaze me sometimes.
  5. Would Rate My Demo at £50 but seen it for sale this last year twice at £75.Great uptempo Northern
  6. PM sent Don
  7. Jesse Davis--Gonna Hang on in there Girl. Always thought this was spoiled by Jesse's Flat to my ears vocal. Much prefere the Instro as released by Kent a couple of years ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=daH6r1tQk44

  10. Hi Guys Driving me mad ,can someone please help me put a name to the tune played in this clip.Andy Cannon dancing to it at Nuneaton.Brill Tune that i should know but havent heard it for years.A hundred mile an hour one that probably only Andy could do justice to these days although the Girl can move as well. Thanks in Advance Patto https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOJLeX4J7-g
  11. Here is the track played by Baz just before Use It Before You loose It Wilie Small--How High Can You Fly. A fantastic track that i bought not long after hearing it at Stafford, woul love to dance to this one more time https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WaWmd9yPssQ
  12. Realy enjoyed watching these mate BIG thanks for doing them. The 80s scene was a golden period when we were just the right age to be mature about certain things and still young enough to be crazy about other things.

  23. No because im pretty sure Phil is refering to tracks that have never been previously released. The Kent ones you refere to are reissues of classics that have have already been originally released.Kent have put out some great previously unissued stuff which would be ok to play out.
