Just got this on ebay: Pam Baitey - Talking Eyes - Rockin' Records (Hollywood California) I assume that this is the same as the Pamela Beaty release on Tip. Is it as rare........the Tip release books for £500........what's this one worth ? Can anyone give me some more information on this release ?

Not much help I know but I won a nice clean copy of this on ebay 2 days ago for $34.87.................been after one for ages. This was the rarer pink label as well.........they're more commonly seen on the purple label release.

It's OK Toby mate, you don't have to raise all that amount just to pay for my Xmas present..............you can always just give me vinyl.

I'd say £150 although JM only has £75 in his book.............as you say you never see them............I know several people who have been trying to track a copy down without success.

Also forgot to mention the important fact that the red issues are vinyl and the white demo's are styrene.......................another good reason to buy an issue !

IMHO the Four Pro's Issues are harder to find than the Demo's.

It's on JM's Rarest of the Rare with a sounfile. I sold one recently...........nice R&B.........played at Lifeline a couple of times last year by Andy Dyson. The flip side's good too.

Seriously ???............In my experience I've always considered Stoke to focus on tried and tested oldies and be less progressive than a lot of the better local doo's. Which is why I now rarely go to Stoke because I find it too boring to bear all night long.

There's plenty of soulies that go to both Kev ????? The real difference to me is only between the once or twice a year soulie and the week in week out somewhere on the scene soulie.

Yep, a bit beat up but plays fine. Wouldn't have been able to afford a mint one anyway so I'm well pleased.
