  2. Most of the 80s stuff i see for sale as unknowns were played back then.Not many of us into that sort of stuff back then,Rock City for example was always fairly quiet. First time i heard Ronnie Barnes it was like WOW! Perhaps dealers should list them as known/unknowns.

  4. When Gary Welsh ran Thorne that sort of stuff was played and it was never rammed.When Rod took over your right the undanceable x over came into vogue and the place was packed. I once djed for Rod at Thorne and cleared the floor with RB Hudmon-"searching for your love" which would prob fetch stupid money now.

  6. Great show Steve! I last played the Chosen Few Band at the Bankhall Miners All Dayer back in late 80s,sold it since then(not a clue where).Could it be my old copy? Regards Chris
  7. Surley not a rare 45.were quite a few about when it was played at early modern events early/mid 80s.

  20. When i sold the Gule copy it only had 1 bid,lots of people thought it was a boot at the time. Gary Smelt had a few Gule copies back in the day. Chris.
  21. Sold my copy on ebay and it was on the gule label. Think it went for £70 Someone started a thread up on here about it at the time
