    Agree Boba , but don't you think sometimes rarity overtakes Quality , just because a record is rare doesn't make it good. I can understand people paying big bucks to finish a collection of labels because there is always that elusive number missing. Hey , this is ' The Strange world of Northern Soul ' Cheers Swifty ( who has no rare records at all !!) but I love what I've got)

    Bob , when I bought 'em they were well cheap 'cause it was in the days of all the classics ( Top 500) if you know what I mean, so to most they were average sounds but to me it has it all . I presume WEE was the local issue. anyway mate you have good taste Swifty

    Another one of my expensive collection , this really is a great record imho ! it was a bit funky then although popular at Cleggy. I reckon you could have a weekender with tunes under £20 , don't you? anyways BETTY WRIGHT - IF YOU LOVED ME LIKE YOU SAY YOU LOVED ME -ALSTON i know there's a few copies in Louth , 'cause I was selling it for a £1 ( cost me 65p) Hey , I knew how to make money (not| !!)     Mick , I'm sure you probably have but have a look through 'Recommended Record of the Day' thread in 'Look at your box' There a loads of great cheap tunes on there ()and a few expensive ones!) , plus you can have a listen. I'm sure whoever has put a record up would give you some Idea of Price/availability if you pm'd them. As someone else put , you can get nice cheap originals off ebay good luck mate Cheers Swifty

    This is one sometimes I play and love it and other times don't like it Think Poke got a good deal off me when I swapped a 'Night Owl' demo for this and £15 , uuuummmmmmm(Happy days eh?) has the funky edge that seems popular now though. Mike Jemison - Satisfaction - Geneva thought I'd got another version of 'Quick Change Artist' which is the other side , not quite the same though!! Swifty
