Martyn , the ones I got were Black & White demos but I'm sure I read a few years ago that the ones Bob Cataneo was selling were boots , seem to remember they were nice vinyl copies mint, Maybe never know for sure as mine was in a box of Demos Okeh/Roulette/Ric Tic etc that I used to collect that got nicked years ago. Lend a Hand was only on an LP , except the UK release on ABC (for the market) I believe, actually sat down with him at Prestatyn years ago whilst he was eating Steak & Kidney Pie with Mash ! which for some strange reason I found a bit strange , thought he'd of had a burger (mind you he'd maybe tried one the day before, can't fault him really!)
