The track that Hendrix is supposed to have played on is Mercy, Mercy. I haven't heard that he played in this one also.

house for sale
It's the first pressing of House For Sale / There You Are, both sides are marked A side. Later pressings had a slightly different label design, as seen in the you tube clips. Not sure if that justifies a 75 pound price tag though

100% worth watching The O'Jays Live at Daryl's House
They've got their usual summer tour in the US posted on their website. Think I might have to grab some tickets.

Tavares and Freda Payne
I wondered the same as my copy is also a demo, so I had a dig around. It appears that it was a UK only release (or UK and Netherlands to be accurate). Released around October 1977 when it first showed up in the Blues & Soul chart. The UK release of the Best of Tavares LP has this track on it but the US release does not. While digging around I also discovered that Tavares had recorded a version of Strangers In Dark Corners, one of my favourite Johnny Bristol tracks. You never know what you'll turn up!

I had the same thought......I think he was, and still is from that part of Surrey.

Ian Levine Soul Pack's
I see crates and crates of them at dealers / record fairs, no sleeves on most of them, scratched to fck. One dealer I know boxes them up and ships them to Europe and Japan, after his regulars have picked through them.

Price on Norman Connors 7"

Berry Gordy and Graham Norton
I just listened to this and thought Graham did a reasonable job. You have to consider the venue (Graham's show) and the purpose of the interview was to sell tickets to Motown the Musical. He let Berry Gordy answer the questions and didn't tread on him too much.
