It is available through Buy Beach Music website as a thumb drive or via a “we transfer” file at: https://buybeachmusic.com/Heeey-Baby-Days-of-Beach-Music-eBook-Download-heeeybabyebook-download.htm First published in hardback in 2006, the award-winning coffee-table sized book has been out of print since 2009. The thumb drive and “we transfer” download version contain a new Epilogue that lists the later released CDs 15-17 and how the book helped inspire satellite/Internet radios’ Carolina Shag channel as bonus content. The eBook contains 557 pages and over 800 photographs.

    I hope this is okay to ask on this forum, but I'm curious if anyone has ever heard a "live" full or extended song recording of Bobby Moore and the Rhythm Aces "Searching For My Baby?" I've seen one abbreviated or partial video on Youtube but never seen or heard a full covering of the song. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    I've seen the 45 but have it on the beach gems CD. Band was legendary for frat parties in southeast in the late 60's (song probably recorded 1965-`1969). There other record I've Been Told/All I Can See Is Your Love about 1966 was self-produced by band on Slave Records, P.O.     Several years ago, I heard a "live" recording of Searching for my Baby by Bobby Taylor & Rhythm Aces. I just bought his Go Ahear And Burn CD collection but there is only the studio version on. Seems like the live version was almost 4 minutes long. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Thank you! Chris Jones Roswell, GA

    The book comes with 2 CDs that are a "best of" the entire 14 cd (286 songs) set that are worth the price of the book alone. It's really neat that Greg did the book, and along the way, relaunched some fantastic songs and groups that got over-looked. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have

    Interesting to see Rhythm at the top of your list. Rhythm covered by a Burlington, NC band -- The Inmen, Ltd.--is the #1 beach music song in the southeastern coastal states these dates. It's a pretty innovative cut that actually has The Impressions singing backup.
