Hi all, Just to let you know that all the cash raised for "Birmingham Childrens Hospital" as now been recieved. And all the "Sunshine Girls" are very proud to announce that we managed to raise a grand total of £1.511.00 A big thankyou to each and everyone of you, that either donated cash,raffle prizes or supported us on the night of the event. Our next charity event raising funds for "BCH" will be around xmas time, date to be arranged. JB xxxKTFxxx

Yes its been played by Max Millward (aka BLUE MAX) at our "Double Deckers" soul club, in Pensnett in the West midlands, its a cracking dancer!! And i played it at Stafford's "Soul Academy" But the first time i heard it played out, it was by Nige Brown at the Oakley Brewood. JB xxxKTFxxx

Mine started just by chance really, i did an all girl DJ charity night for "Birmingham Childrens Hospital" last June. And since then we have done two more charity events, and i was asked to DJ at a few venues, and now we have our own venue. But have to say i had no intentions to want to DJ at all. But love it with a passion now. JB xxxKTFxxx

i think youl be mildly surpirised at the amount of people who do,in fact, run venues with no thought of financial gain but get their kicks out of seeing people enjoy what they put on.
