That seems like a strange record to have been played at the wheel compared to all others i think off around that era. the tempo and style of the record must have made it stick out like a sore thumb.

Beams plus and gitman vintage in the sales is my choice. cant say i've even heard of those brands mentioned by zodiac club. just checked out the first one and those collars are a bit extreme for me. Ben sherman ok for 20 quid from tk max hardly the heritge brand they claim to be though.

That’s a good 45 to get in a random box of 45s. i wonder how much that box cost and what else was in it....

At least we don’t have silly dress codes now a days. they never really achieved anything imo. a place with a dress code now is far less likely to keep out the idiots than one without.

Yes i see this a lot as well. i've seen a few 45s go for what i think is a crazy price but its certainly not all copies. Bigger more high profile sellers with larger listings seem to get the best prices which is not too surprising really.

Yes that makes sense. I was too young for those places in late 80s but knew older lads who went and it did sound pretty wild.
