Souled Out
Lots and lots of people were asked...it was a general subject on the internet....pete and I applied and they phoned us back. filming went on for weeks....we had loads of fun and made alot of friends including some of the cast. Pete and some of his mates did a photo shoot outside for the local papers.... all again good fun... the directors and producers and their teams were very friendly( and very patient with us untrained crowd LOL) we and many others were asked back several times for different shots.....it was filmed over several months....which we enjoyed doing very much, and for the fun and new friends we made we have no regrets whatsoever....same as any film, you like it or you dont....not hard is it? lol And yes it is true that to try to re create something that happened is very hard....but only those of us who attended the casino can ever be the true judges of that i guess? ktf susan

Souled Out
What is it with you Mr.Sado just because you think you are some kind of Writer /director /producer, or whatever you dream to be .... just because you wrote a play, which i aggree was very succsesful, you think nothing can ever be done again without your seal of approval....you think your word is sacred....whats up ? jealous cause you were not "consulted" ?......as a matter of fact we saw the version in Bolton of your play which you said was "crap"....but had standing ovations .... yes people probably WILL like this film....me being one of them........ Just give it a chance.........you are entitled to your oppinion.....but as always ,....always so negative.. difference is Mr Sado, your just a number,a minority, and because of your constant negativity and whining on, who gives a f..k what you think anymore...cos it's always the same, same , same... your just a pain in the arse with your "over zealous Criticism and your comments are becoming boring..... you must be so miserable... ...... Does Anyone Know Who These People Are?
I do have to agree with you Brian,if someone starts a new trend,as you yourself did,its bound to catch on at some point. However, the leg pockets on mine(from C&A) were slightly larger than yours, more like what you would get on army trousers....the ones on your trousers are alot nicer... I too like individuality.Theres a young lady and her friend on another thread somewhere on soul source who had a 4panel two colour skirt,I had a 6 panel two colour skirt. fashion statements were a big thing in those days especially on the scene.(alot seemed to be focused on jacket vents, jacket pockets and pocket flaps on the baggies). well you look great on your pic,do you have any others in your soul stuff we could have a look at? KTF Susan (Mrs Casper) PS. Love the cap

Stop Pushing At The Back
I remember going to wigan and being "floated" in. It was so packed when paying in ,i was moved along with a group of people ,bag on my head,my feet weren't even on the ground!then when you went through the doors at the top of the stairs, the heat hit you....the smell of sweat, "Brut "and "Hai karate" hit the nasal receptors like a tidal wave.....but well worth it KTF Susan

Does Anyone Know Who These People Are?
Alot of soulies wore trousers with the pockets on the side. alot of highstreet shops sold them. we used to get them from C and A they were called Birmingham bags. I had a black pair ,a beige pair and a pale grey pair....and they were high waisters.(they cost something between £8-£10 if i remember right) 90% of soulies who wore baggies had these when they came out and they were very popular at the time. even "historians" learn something new every day ! LOL KTF susan
