Nowt to do with the film it's been going on for the last few years,ask the dj's who have been abused at night's for not playing "Our Lasses Favourite".Since when did we mix with Joe Public?For most of my adult life they looked down on me as some sort of leper for travelling all over the country to stay up dancing all night,why all of sudden do they want to join me.I keep reading "well I suppose we'll to put up with it etc". NO WE F*CKING DON'T,get them told,tell them to abide by the etiquette of our night's,if they don't want to show them the door preferably head first .They don't just join up & dictate how it is. I'm glad I was in a great little room with 50/60 like minded soulies who travelled far wide to hear dj's with passion ply there trade.........wonder if Joe Public has ever done that. Phil I love my big tunes as much as anyone & want a mixed night of tempos,genres etc but to say a set of cheaper sounds is terrible on price alone I can't agree with. To flip your concern about limiting yourself to cheap tunes alone doesn't that happen the other way round with the more expensive tunes,how many times have we heard expensive tunes played 3 or 4 times a night...........because the dj's have paid a kings ransom for it so is going to play it no matter what? Phil I disagree(I understand this is going to be one of those were we'll never agree )I think you can do both,keep the floor happy & keep it interesting. So you're telling me from the tunes posted (lots more could be added) you couldn't put a great set together? Cheers Martyn

Phil Why wouldn't you want to listen to a well put together set of interesting,great dancers that aren't expensive? Are you saying no cheap sounds are any good or are you saying a set has to have a least a few one off's,mega bucks before the set is any good? Cheers Martyn
