  1. Troop; Im looking for a minter or as close to that as I can get of the below listed tune, Charles Swain, David Tolbert and Black Liberation "Many times I cried" backed with "I still love you" on Pamoja. Many thanks for looking. Gouch
  2. Troop; Had a blast in the man cave, really enjoyed playing some tunes with Steve. Many thanks to all present and to those of you who graced us with your presence and listened, thankyou. Gouch
  3. First met Gary at the first incarnation that was Thorne, run by Rod & Lorraine Dearlove, we became really good mates and saw each other at countless other doo's during this time, he could never quite get his head round what I did for a living but he was truly a gentleman, musically always pushing the boundaries which endeared him to many. Over the years we saw less of each other but when we did catch up life had not changed him, RIP my friend. Piddy stay strong as I know you will, you have my number if you need anything. Kathy & Brian
  4. Hi Vince; Yes I used to be a regular at Chaplins and went to his stall in the Oasis market every Friday afternoon and then again on the Saturday to collect my tunes, bought some wonderful tunes there as new releases, many of which are biggies today with a price to match, then there was Steve Glover downstairs for the more Northern orientated tuneage, brilliant times. 5. Guys; One of your problems in getting hold of it is the fact that the other side "No not for her" is now an accepted deep soul classic so you have two factions both looking for copies. Massisve want for the sweet soul collectors in Japan and europe too. Try looking for this side? Good Luck. Gouch

  17. Troop/John: John thanks for the nod on this one, I dont come on here very often, yes it was me that reviewed it, some considerable time ago now, it was a tune I carted around the country and played many times, it always got a very good response,I cant remember which magazine it was either, could be anyone that was around 10/15 yrs ago. Not much help I know. cheers Gouch

  24. Troop; Iv had this stunning deepie "I forgot to say I love you" for some 20 years now, Iv managed to retrieve it from an old tape and cleaned it up a bit.I was told it was by King Moses. I well remember one of Sam's old spins allegedly by King Moses and have always wondered whether it was the otherside. Certainly the voice is spot on. Anyone got one, firstly to confirm it exists as a 45, secondly anyone got one for sale. cheers Gouch
