Hi Mikey 1) If your talking about Harry Starr another time etc it wasn't me as I don't have a copy but to be honest I don't think I 've heard Paul play it either. However If you're refering to Harry (Starr) & the Keyavas then it certainly was me as I used to hammer it in the early days at SITC & occasionaly thereafter. 2) I'm not sure if you're reading something into my post that wasn't there or if I'm doing the same to you Without reading through the whole post again & so not sure exactly what Steve wrote ...it's the lack of imagination that's the problem (IMO) & peoples refusal to acknowledge these underplayed gems or some DJs unwillingness to play something that isn't a definate floor filler. With you on that Rowly, while true new discoveries may be very thin on the ground there are so many records that are either semi-known or unknown to a large percentage of people. Every record was a new record to every single pair of ears once, I can't get my head around the fact that some people seem to have decided that they know all of the great records & don't want to hear anything different ? & I'm not talking modern either

Geoff see Johns post for availability, can't remember who put it out but I never thought it was anything but legit.Absolute essential CD & brilliant booklet as well & for the post (tongue in cheek I know) re CDs & moans, I doubt you'd find anybody against listening to CDs at home, it's when you start playing them out as a "CDJ" that the shit will rightly be thrown (part 672) ..............

lol Well i did say maybe it's me ! I'd left the map at the office I was visiting but thought I knew roughly where it was, couldn't find it & asked 2 or 3 people, popped into a sweetie shop, everyone had heard of it but couldn't direct me (maybe it was the London accent ? ) eventually stumbled upon it by accident

Robs shop is very difficult to find tho' or maybe that was just me but even locals didn't seem to know Hurts Yard
