Just got delivery of Chuck Cockerham Have I got a right, which is yellow label but dont have promo on it has anyone out there got or seen a blue issue of Chuck Cockerham. I've only ever seen demos of this and thought the issue did'nt exist although it's listed in guides is this the legendary issue. Any info welcome as this is going on this weeks list., Cheers Darren

As far as I was aware this was unissued, and Fool Me was the flip side released on Open cant remember what the A side was but it was'nt Check you out. Check you out has been played but what on and who by I cant remember but I have heard it. A great record and I wish I had got a couple of copies if its a legit release then could be worth a fair few quid so anyone who's just picked up a copy I would say well done could be sitting on a biggie if theres only a hanful of copies. Just a quick update the guys been very busy, he's also done one the UKs biggest dealers recently as well, I'm slowly making contact with everyone and figuring the best option to take. I've also had many US dealers contact me through the Ebay listing I've put up and they all seem to have been stung as well although not for a few years the last one is 3 years ago. Cheers Darren

Yes and they swallowed it twice, however It was two different card companies once Mastercard and once Visa so they were probably not linked although I did Impress on them its the second time he did this, but they didn't want to know, being a competant criminal he must have been aware that using different cards for each payment he'd make it near impossible to prove. Hi Pete Its not a problem with the post its been delivered to him mate its the fact that he's telling his credit card it was a fraudulent transaction that he did not authorise. Cheers Darren

Pete He admitted he got the record to me but has told his card company he didn't authorise the transaction so guess what ? they refunded him and made no request he sends the record back. To add further insult when I threatened him he paid me again the full amount, and then claimed the samething and guess what ? they did the same again refunded him, its bloody laughable. I also sent them the emails with him agreeing to pay me again but it cut no ice with them. I have reported it to the British and French police but I dont hold out to much hope. I spoke to the lawyers earlier and they have suggested a different avenue for getting the money returned which I'll pass on if successful. The problem is as some of the posters know its not finacially viable to chase him through the courts as you cant apply costs because its below £5000 and classed as a small claim.
