£30 to £40 upto about 18 months back seems to have increased indemand since its been on a few playlists lately. Tony if its any use to you I had a copy up for offers until last week, I had loads of interest in it and many offers between around £600 to £700 it went for more than that as it was a great copy. I reckon this 45 will go well into four figures in the future many of the people making offers had not heard this tune before but were hooked. Many have a copy filed away by Jerry Cook but only a lucky few can slip this one onto the decks. Rare in the extreme and offered in Ex condition. This copy doe's have a tiny edge chip on the flip side 1mm X 2mm nap and barely noticeable. Solid EX condition and the sleeve has been signed by Sidney Barnes. A real collectors piece.
