    i got this through the door a few years ago in an A4 envelope that somewhere along the line someone had succesfully managed to fold!! Thankfully it was a cheap copy, not really the point though. After a particularly stern message to the seller I received a full refund and apology. For all the time it takes to package a recod it beggars belief that stuff like this happens, bloody laziness!! gary
