  16. watched it on dvd last night. Suppose I`ve seen alot worse and less interesting films that cost millions to make. innacurate, yes, especially the portrayal of the casino as I remember it in the mid 70`s. It was v easy to pick out the real dancers from the actors and I dont remember seeing green and whites available , ( I could be wrong there though). would probably be better for kids to watch who have no idea about NS. I gave it 5/10 as It didnt exactly bore the pants off me like most films do. sandra thought it was just a love story and thought it watchable. most dissapointing was there was no ice cream lady at half time.

  20. I went to jojo`s about 86 with my ex, it wasn`t a soul night as such but there was a lot of soul and motown played. only thing was I was chatted up and offered all sort of wierd,(well wierd to me) sex with as many men as I fancied! my ex thought it was funny as some character called lily venezuela squeezed my bum, has it changed much?

I remember the nighters at the swimming baths, always liked the place, thought it was a good venue. no idea when it was on , guess around 85.
  22. right if this film is to be authentic, I demand, at half time when the ice cream lady comes round, 1 westlers famous hotdog, 1 kiora orange juice and a tub of ice cream. simples.
  23. I got a phillips 603 from t` car boot, think its early 70`s. its really good, fairly loud, stereo, has 2 detachable speakers, light and will work off batteries. bargain for £15
