  3. Looking for a copy of Jean Battle on Clintone. Please pm me with your price.
  4. Thanks again Pete...it looks really interesting. The label of my Grazina record looks totally different. It`s oxblood red with a gold lettering/different type writing an less infos then on the pictured flexi. Seems the editors of the magazine changed a little bit of the look of their records from 64 until 65. Do you have the pictured issue at home or is it out of the millions of pics from the internet (do you have a link?)?
  5. Thanks Pete...but I hope some of the other scene-veterans knows a little bit more (who is Grazina...she has a great voice...must come from England...but maybe totally unknown!?!?, where is the label from?!?!?).
  6. Hi, I can`t found any informations about the two following records...so maybe someone will help me on Soul Source! 1.) JB And The I.N.I.T.I.A.L.S. - That`s The Girl I Onced Love (Burdland) A really nice slow record with an fuzzy organ in the background and a probably white artist. Reminds me to the two Five Chances/Chances records on Finch.... The label is from Jefferson City if that helps?!? 2.) Grazina - Stay Awhile/Let Me Go Lover (Give-A-Disc U.K.) Strange item: A nice girlie doublesider from 1964 in Chollie Maye - You Will Never Get Away poppish style. It`s no real vinyl. More like a flexi disc (but not like the thin flexis from the 80`s). Maybe Give-A-Disc is something like a `sing your song and go out of the shop` record label, like Lorraine Silvas - Lost Summer Love one....I don`t know!
  7. Something is wrong with Indiana! Bought a record from him around 2 years ago, paid him directly but never get the item. He told me the money arrived a few days later and he sent out the record directly. I waited 5 weeks but my postman never rang my bell. After asking him, he told me he send the parcel to the wrong address, it returned by post and he will sent out the record again....but no record in sight until now. I tried to contact him via mail around 6 times....nothing happened. If you want to buy your records from good dealers...don`t try to buy from Indiana_fuck.

  15. btw: The `large plastic ball` called `ROVER`... even this name was never mentioned in the whole show. If you need `Informations` about the track, ask Number 2 or go to: www.theprisonerappreciationsociety.com (complete bunch of nerds who spend their time with useless facts about a 40 year old T.V. show... Know this kind of pass one`s time from another scene...but I can`t remember wich one ?) or www.match-cut.de

  19. Benji, sure. I understand you but up north it`s not only the punters who are not showing interests in such things... ...the main reason is...most of us are poor birds and we have no money to buy trophies to impress the imaginary english collector . Enjoy yourself... p.s.: When it`s about current top 5...where are yours? p.p.s.: I have none...
  20. Benji, I don`t really know what`s on in Munich (or other southern towns), but do you really think it`s the same `syndrom` in whole Germany? Maybe there are a few collectors/DJ`s who buy as expensive/rare as possible to show off a little, but I think it`s different up north. In the moment there`s just one regular Allnighter (apart from many Soul Nights in different Clubs/Bars) (For Dancers Only+ our Weekender) in Hamburg and the DJ`s always play accross the board. You can listen to all kinds of Soul and the guests don`t give a damn about rare, unknown, poxy one offs, oldies, outplayed as long as you can dance to the records. To make it short...it seems they have fun and enjoy the night out. Ralf
  21. NANCY LOVE - RESCUE ME ...SOLD THE TIFFANIES - IT`S GOT TO BE A GREAT SONG ...SOLD
