an example about rarity and price etc ; Bobby Reed bell 45 there's one nearly every week on e-bay so how can it be rare yet still goes for big money even more on uk auctions and this 45 has been on regular for the last couple of years,i guess it is still in demand enough to command the big prices but when your paying all that when you know there'll be loads more to come baffles me

luther ingram "trying to find my love" bobby womack "give it up" tommy tate "if you got to etc" were played in that order one night at Pitches (probably by sean)but was the best three records ive heard on the 'bounce' these three just seemed to go together so to speak,maybe the atmosphere was just right but i'll never forget it !great taste sean

totally agree with mark you could say same about corey glover .tommy tate and a few more i saw a well known dj playing corey g on a white label 45 and told him he was a f&£king hipocryte after always banging on about owning original only blah f&%king blah

seen a few djs now playing crossover etc you couldnt give em these tunes talk to em now an its"iv'e always had this stuff" bullshitters wouldn't give it room,northern only but now dj crossover & 70s etc ya can tell who they are cos they only play established tunes that they've paid alot for no imagination dare'nt play a cheapie career djs don't ya just luv 'em any one else noticed 'em they know who they are "you dj at my do an I'll dj at yours", 'would'nt know a deep soul tune cos they are shallow there ive said me piece been wanting to get that off me chest,and don't get me wrong i like all kinds of soul even northern!
