You are spot on David it was Dave Evison who first played this record it was picked up the next week by Russ and then all followed after that, £12 on an issue at the time from Tim Ash who had quiet a few to sell. Dave also broke Benny troy as well in those dark early mornings before 8.

Just a note on the Loma and not the WB Loma but I have had about 8 records on this label and the quality has always been under par - messy - noisy where the WB are great records to play even with a little ware, its not even like its very light weight styrene that is damaged?.

I have a VG- copy plays with crackles but ok.

Jerry Butler has a nice version with a great track called Run Run.

SF is a poor quality like the recorded it with the Dolby on I had an issue off ebay for £12 sold it for err a little more ( add a 0) then got a demo for £40 that I still have not played yet. Grrrrreat tune.

I have this copy with the matt label.

Remember seeing two copies of this in Pat Brady's sales box both different press. I have 2 copies will dig them out for look. Same matrix but ends in 85 with a H in the wax matt paper label then a gloss label copy with 65 in the wax with an I italic ?
