  1. An argument for Latin records IMO The Majestics ILHSMITHM and Doug Banks IJKOD very influenced by this sound. As for artists not being accepted Dean Parrish is a great example of this fact that not only black singers are played on the Northern Soul dance floor but other ethnic groups as well.

  16. Is this a toughie on Canadian or is their a UK issue and demo. The quality of the recording is the best I have had to date, had a west coast Argo issue that was good but this seems 100X better.
  17. I like the other side to this Up On The Bridge but some copy's don't have this on the B-side. I have also found 2 other Laurie records with a simple scratched in matrix non soul record?

  19. I have had this record for a few years now Come See What I Got on USA, I aquired another copy on USA but by Chicago Fire with a different B-side. I will cheque out the other sides later on for sound clips. Some scans of demo's issues etc.
  20. There's plenty of Jackie Wilson's about Kev , a hot meat pie is just making my mouth water thinking of it. A cold pie is great but piping hot takes in into another league.
