I am sure I have seen a few CD,s about this label, one from Bob Crewe. I need to know who many more of these i need to get.

Its because they have individual original DJ's and not clones.

I have had 3 packages go missing since July - August, been to the post office quiet often as well for them not to have turned up and have had nothing through the door to say pick them up we missed you but 2 of them have been sent back to the sender. I had to pay extra postage on one of them. Another package was taken back to the post office and a lady picked it up by mistake, I got that back 2 days later . Nightmare.

It is awesome but its only the vocal without the backing track and not a special take IMO just shows you the quality they had before it was pressed up on dodgy discs.

I get scared when you see them on Ebay then Pat Brady has a few copy's. It could be a Lester Tipton but as you say it could be more?? I was talking to a guy a while back and in the late 80ts 90ts turned it down at £75 thought it was over priced

or anything other than the fact that this DVD set is treasure trove of performances that have been captured for posterity. Not just for us current fans to enjoy, but for future generations of fans to celebrate also. I have seen the track listing and I make it 150, 50 are new recordings of new material. I have listened to every Utube link sound file mp3 on both these threads and for me I don't like the sound of the music and cannot listen to them all the way through, a few of the performances or video clips have upset me seeing someone at deaths door has reminded me of my own bereavements, as Dave says its treasure trove of performances. I didn't get it when it came out on Swons the video or the DVD so its doubtful I will get it this time round. I am sure it will bring many people hours of fun.

Sorry Pete my mind reading isn't what it should be after such a heavy weekend. So my options are its been booted or they are going to show up in quantity or the stampers have been found or its a one off and the speculation was well out??

I can't say about that, I only have 1 LA Beat record Modern Day Woman VG condition but i have listened to How and that sounded phatt, murky, bass rich where my MDW is just detailed average sounding record but several on Palmer and can't really complain about them..

Easy To be Hard on the demo I have seen, my mate won one and it was only when it came through the door, £30 about 6 years ago at the peek £500 I Don't Know About You that is.
