  1. The Boot is white with green print the real one is green Diamond as usual.
  2. Are they mono or stereo copy's ?
  3. They do sound like the same bird Mr C all be it one of doom and gloom, the other a happy old fruit in love with her mates bloke. A Ray Charles produced song as well.
  4. [ (Be honest, when did you last play Little Ann on Ric-Tic?) Funny but out of all the Ric Tic I have this is my favourite but I have never played the B-side
  5. My last Minty+ demo I sold for £65 but it was perfect copy, sure yours must be worth around his.
  6. I always though the original was press was off centre, I have never know a re-issuer to take that much care and centre the record for the best play yet??
  7. And not forgetting this demo as well, you don't see many white ones mate, nice. I have had 4 like this.
  8. Rather yours than mine, that's what I tried and I flattened the record but a section stretched so it was not a round 45 any more but egg shaped disc .
  9. Not a bad tune but not a good price on that list frekin L.
  10. I got mine for £12 and there was a few other copies at that time as well, a bit of a Bruce Forsyth Didn't He Do Well. Great LP never would have guessed it was that price. I checked Popsike and see that it came out on UK 45
  11. I have been thinking about this for the last few days, is there another version of this. £25 to £40.
  12. Something like that from ebay, not found it yet.
  13. Seems logical if the first was miss spelt to press it up on a blue copy so you could see the difference from a mile away without reading each record individually. So this theory would backup the possibility of the first press being red.
  14. Sadly its just gone to receivership that's why their phones don't work.
  15. I think I have a venue, I wont play most of the above but a lot of others and up to now its only you and me Simon, don't worry its in a public place.
  16. I hear the Italian copy If That's What You Wanted and LYPGD was a different take on the Sassy copy is this the same for the US Gamble and is ITWYW the same take.
  17. Anyone get me a palm tree for a score.
  18. Seems you have to have that special turntable vacuum accessory to make it work so you can pour water all over the place. https://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=JTrnVMtOVTc You might fall a sleep waiting for this gut to finish cleaning his records and I wonder what he is looking at when he is polishing the record, its a freakin Micro groove 33 LP you need a microscope to see the dirt in the track and not the naked eye. I did try hoy water on a record a while back to get rid of a warp, very hot water is ok but direct from the kettle really mess the disc up comparable to setting a piece of paper alight once it starts you cannot stop it.
  19. JACKIE AND THE TONETTES You Gotta Choose is the harder one by them a Tony Clarke penned record.
  20. I prefer this version n old Sam spin. https://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=jAJE-Rm3NA4
  21. I have been seeing 2 a week for a while now.
  22. I watched every one bar the last episode even after all these years don't think its ever been repeated on ITV as well.
  23. Wasn't it Commander Ed Straker
  24. When I was at school some kids brought some records in to play at break times, I had never seen anything like them before and the sound they had was something else. I found out that a local club played the music and if you were under 18 you could buy alcohol so it was quiet a big incentive to go at that age I was 14 - 15 things went from there.
  25. Humm I wonder where Poppy is now Veepie.
