  4. Hi, for my girlfriends birthday I gave her a 3 day trip to Copenhagen in October (2 days after the Hamburg Soul Weekender ). Any commendations for record shops, nice bars or restaurants, etc. ...it's more than 15 years ago that I was in Copenhagen. We will stay in the Vesterbrogade. Thanks for your help Tolbert

  6. Hi , I found a King Sporty: thinking of you "12 Konduko", on a car boot sale for an Euro. I think it's not half bad but neither fish nor fowl. If I remember right, it also came out on the Attic or Miami Label. Are these different (better ) versions? Thanks Tolbert

  9. Thanks TOAD , Dave and Quinvy Unfortunately I cannot compare both. Seller said: "as far as i,m aware this is the original copy from 1973 which is printed on the label. in the deadwax are the numbers 3972 gsfs 1011 s43021" But this deadwaxnumbers are also on my reissue....so Tolbert

There is a german KING compilation from the 70's on Karussell Records called "Black Message" which is including a short Version of Cody Blacks I'm slowly molding and and some other stuff like Shirley Whals, Dapps, J.B., Hank Ballard, James Duncan, Vicky Anderson and others.
