    I left loads of mint copies of Denise Lasalle on Tarpon in a shop somewhere in the states (wink wink) 2 years ago. The store owner wanted $75 each for them.......I told him...No thanks I think I've seen more on Tarpon than Chess

    I have to agree Joan we are not a very friendly lot to newcomers are we. Let's stop scarinig the kids away from our scene. It's not particularly suited to this forum I know but for what it's worth I've just got a hold of 2pac's 'All Eyez On ME' and Snoop Doggy Dogg's 'Doggystyle' albums and I've gotta' tell you I love some of the tracks. There's something a bit (what's the word) curious! about them for an old soul boy like me. I love soul music but some of this new R&B, neo soul stuff makes me yawn. Shall I get me coat?

    Don't you just love looking through your old record boxes and rediscovering nice choons? Just found an old soul pack record that I feel is worthy. Alvin cash "Cash dollars" Gateway records even the instrumental side is good
