Yes tony your right. Over the years i have probably had 3 copies of this through my hands. I still think it is a hard record I just think not too well known. Conquistadors is the better racord by far. I did trade one recently which i believe ended up with a well known dj and dealer so it has either been sold on or it is going to increase in value massively..but don't hold ya breath.

Rich, How are you mate, hope you are well. Judging by the condition i think it would have been a bit difficult to cut onto something so rough so would still hold that it's a real one. (no amount of rubbing on the carpet can do that) I remember trying to describe the record to you after Poke was selling but not having a very good singing voice could only blurt a few of the words to you and then when Jim played it at Rock City I found out you had had it and sold it to him. Still a great tune though.

As far as memory serves, Poke had it for a while before that. It's a real one alright.

The Acetate as far as i know was an original which came from Poke's collection to Rich Broughton to Jim Wensoria to Rob Marriott and then finally to it's rightful place in my collection!!

To be honest Marc, My memory is not great on how long I have had anything. Can't be far off though. The problem is when you've got something this good you just gotta play it. Personally a new record being played twice in 8 or 9 hours is not that bad really..is it?

I cannot remember when I got this (2 or 3 years ago?) and palyed it when i got the opportunity and seems a few are palying it now. This is a cracking tune that deserves maximum airplay...

Not keeping up with the quotes nto sure which tune we are talkin about but Rob gave me a cut of "Switch Around" and I have the original acetate of "Marrying Kind" which came Via Rob. Hope that helps!!
