Was that Mother Fox Mark? I remembered it as being something else but I'm sure you're right. Whatever it was it led me to buy a totally unrelated record by a group called Perpetual Motion at the time - it was crap! Edit - Getting confused with Allan Harris. Doh!

Mixed really Chalky. They were certainly accepted but could be mildly irritating too. They were part and parcel of what was Clifton Hall - I seem to recall that their horns (noisy ones not devil ones) were a pain. Made me paranoid as hell!

Hi Russell I think the white stork numbers have reduced significantly right across Europe. It's good that conservation work is taking place in order to try and protect them.

I do some work in Romania and have been a regular vistor there for nearly ten years. Romania is a strong hold for white storks and they commonly use chimneys to make their nests.

Posted on the JM Auction thread. But just to reiterate my sadness at yet another loss. As Chalky said Joe's auction post was such a regular feature, and as Ian said it seems to trivial. But you know what, it sometimes those trivial, small things in life that often have the biggest impact on us and leave a lasting memory. Condolences to Joe's family and close friends.
